A breakout to a 52 week high here for Atlas Pipeline Partners. It was down 70 cents earlier and it turned around and has hit 52. The MLP index is heading back up toward the 330 area.

    Any news on new MLPs? I read something about a company called Pioneer establishing a new MLP??

    that news broke yesteday as pioneer will be forming 2 mlps
