  2. HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 2008--Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:KMP) today increased its quarterly cash distribution per common unit to $0.96 ($3.84 annualized) from $0.92 ($3.68 annualized). Payable on May 15, 2008, to unitholders of record as of April 30, 2008, the distribution represents a 16 percent increase over the first quarter 2007 cash distribution per unit of $0.83 ($3.32 annualized). KMP has increased the distribution 32 times since current management took over in February of 1997.

  4. It's been awhile since I checked in on you folks. With the recent action, I assume we're all smiles now?

    Warning, I'm about ready to dive into MLPs again. Since my investing radar is usually bass ackwards, this could signal a short-term top!
