I dont think anything had to do with taxes. Total red herring. Huge overhang with insitutional selling and these got super cheap but illiquid so people have to pay up to get back in in size.

Did buyers realize that the tax change will have no affect on MLP's, especially since Schmuler admitted it yestarday?
Did the jump in Nat Gas cause the jump?
Is it a valuation play?
Is it TA play?
