Eagle Rock does an accretive deal that a year and a half ago would have been good for a couple of points of upside. Stock has a bid above the close in after hours. And no new equity coming to market.
There will be new equity financing, they tapped their revolver.

Yes but maybe down the road when unit prices recover a bit. I would hate to think they would do a dilutive offering here at 10 bucks a share.
