MLPS have turned higher well ahead of the rest of the market. The index is now up fractionally at lunch time being dragged still by Kinder Morgan (KMP) on this mornings Morgan Stanley downgrade. Boardwalk (BWP) Plains All American (PAA) Nustar (NS) are leading the list of winners with fractional gains. Moves so far are between minus ,40 and plus .40 with the list split in half between winners and losers.
