Opening day at Belmont Park...so i'm off to make some money on a few horses...meanwhile we're not going down...after a softer open we are slightly higher so far today. The overall market and energy stocks are firm while the complex is lower except for nat gas.
Markwest Hydrocarbon(MWP) is up 2 and change and Sunoco Logistics (SXL) is up 1 and change as the 2 big winners today. General Marine (GMR)is down 1 on an earnings miss while Hiland GP (HPGP) is down 70 cents and Magellan Midstream down 60 cents are the 2 biggest losers.
Btw...i love Street Sense for the Derby Saturday and he has the talent to pull off the elusive triple crown...of course in my never to be humble opinion of course.

actually i could handicap my way out of a paper bag today. But it was a nice day in the sunshine.
The horses you like are the ones i like underneath...with the addition of hard spun.
Don't like Curlin...he hasn't beaten anything. But then again the Oaklawn route in the last few years has proven quite successful for some.
