They gave up the ghost at 3pm and the MLP index is down 2 and change and has broken below 300 at 299.72..the low of the day. Big cap mlps are leading the way down and they are all near the day's lows. The list of winners remains small today and they have come off their highs. But volitility reigns here so who knows where we'll be at 4pm.
