278.80 is the intra-day low...at one point every MLP was down except E V Partners which was...ta da..unchanged! Now Plains has turned unchanged. Glory!

DCP Midstream is down 1.40 as the only 1 point plus loser but everything else is down major fractions for the most part. Need i go on?
