Duke Midstream (DPM) Atlas Holdings (AHD), Global Partners (GLP), Martin Midstream (MMLP) and Holly Partners (HEP) all up 1 or more. Market not falling apart and energy stocks are strong. Raymond James upgrades Eagle Rock (EROC) to buy from hold....stock is up 36 cents.
