NCC taken under by PNC at 2.23 a share.
It looks like shareholders get something, bondholders are left whole.

For what it's worth, I got a strong buy signal in the premarket for qqqq, but I chose to ignore it because of fear that I might not be getting accurate quotes due to slowness of the tape.
