What d'you think is happening with XTEX?

Not sure that its anything more than a correction from the run to 46. XTXI continues to hover just under its 52 week high. it may be that today with the pressure from crude down (but off its low) and the ten year rate at 4.13 (but off its high...somebody decided to move some money around. On the chart we're in a place where we should bottom (39-40). I picked up some shares today between 40-40.50.
i don't think this oil rally is done yet imho.
