Not much of a close; most mlps closed closer to their lows of the day of the day then their highs, Not much after market news, although Crosstex (xtex) is registering to sell 1.5 million units from holders from time to time. Crude closed higher...as did the 10 year.
Will monitor for late breaking news.

the tape had that feel to it. Good news is that its not an offering of new shares but subordinated units that convert in february. None of the money is going to the company. My guess is its been priced in and any impact at the open should be just that.
