Some solid gains today ahead of the holiday weekend. Some of the laggards played a little catch up today like Sunoco Logistics (SXL) which pierced through 40. Buckeye Partners nearing a 52 week high after Merrill Lynch restarted coverage this morning around 10:30 am with a buy. Hiland Partners was +1 on thin trade and fractional pluses in many issues. Holly Partners was a big winner today up 1.85. They filed a shelf registration after the close for 800 million. No link available yet.

Another fractional winner today was Enterprise Product Partners, Merrill Lynch reinterated a buy but news of flooded gas plants gave pause to some holders (so they sold!). On dow jones EPD says the gas plants may be out for 3 weeks. Teppco Partners spent another day doing nothing. They have become a bit of a laggard here.
