A couple of intraday rally attempts do not seem to be holding here. Financials were up but they are down. MLPS are off the lows and the index is down just 50 cents. Oil and nat gas about the only thing up today along with some tech. Even shit stocks (AG) are down.

Winners list of MLPS has grown since the first half hour. Losers are contained except for Penn Virgina Holdings (PVG) and Natural Resource Partners (NRP) which are both down 1 point or more.
