Three of the bigger losers today so far are Northern Borders Partners...-1.16...Enbridge Energy Partners...-.80 and Teppco -.55 and all three have not grown their distributions either at all or relative to the rest of the MLP group.

Couldn't have come at a worst time!
initiating a neutral...like a tie in football...kissing your sister etc etc.
These things are so oversold that they have to bounce soon. The implosions that occur intraday where share are sort of tossed out the window is a good sign of some sort of climax. Hoping anyway!
