What is the low-down on TPP? I really dont see why this stock is down today? EPD is up..
no news there. the whole group is a mess

Which suggests to me that this has nothing to do with the fundamentals--and that means a buying opportunity. The yield spread over the 10yr note at these prices is amazing.
