Approaching lunch time...rally in tack...looks like a normal oversold bounce so far. XOI making a run for 1k again. Has until 4pm to get there.

XTEX and XTXI are both 1.43 change from yesterday...the first is down...the second is up. News for both is the same. XTEX had a big movement of stock on the sell side that took it to 35.34 at the low...now back in the low 36's. TEPPCO is up .70 from yesterday.
