Dow down 200+ and big energy is down..MLPS...NOT SO MUCH! The index is down now less than one point and upticking. Williams (WPZ) and Buckeye Partners (BPL) are leading the way higher with both showing gains of just under 1 point! On a day like today thats pretty good. One poster noted that Buckeye looks like it is putting in a "W" bottom on the charts and i would agree. Williams is still in the bottoming process but on balance volume there has ticked higher.

Resource MLPs are taking hits today with Atlas Resource (ATN) and Alliance Resource Partners (ARLP) leading the way lower. Quest (QELP) was down to 9.77 but its back over 11. Still down over 2 bucks on the day. CEO Jerry Cash may have helped himself to some of the company's cash; 10 million bucks worth, is driving the stock lower.
