Gaining some strength here as the MLP index is at the highs of the day up 1.20 @ 265.94. Losers shaving some ticks off their losses...a few more winners appearing on the list.

Since that dogi hammer formation late last week the tape has a decidedly better feel to it. Its a beginning anyway.
