The whole energy complex is higher this morning and MLPs which are more sedate showing fractional pluses for the most part. Valero LP adding to yesterday's gain and its parent Valero IS +5. Copano and Hiland are down .50 apiece but on the usual thin trade. Martin Midstream is up sharply after selling off the last few days...+ 1.70

Gasoline is up 17 cents and crude is only pennies higher but things will change quickly.
