Not much change since the open today...most MLPS are lower. Enterprise and Magellan are the only winners on my board and they're up a few cents.

In the losers group Penn/Virginia (PVR) down 99 cents..Copano down 80 cents (so much for the breakout attempt yesterday)...Amerigas down 75 cents...and then its a sea of fractional losers like Crosstex (XTEX)...Markwest Energy (MWE)...Buckeye Partners (BPL)...Pacific Energy (PPX) and Sunoco Logistics (SXL) among others. If there is any consolation here is that its being done on light volume.

No corporate headlines to speak of.

joe,
I guess that TPP's unwillingness to discuss future distributions didn't go down very well with stockholders, trading right now as low as $36. We bailed from our positions since, in my view, uncertainty was more powerful than any possible earnings increase. Will see what happens.

I agree... he was very clear on the conference call that they would not discuss distributions...never have...never will.

I think that was the driver downward..on the upside the earnings were good...so it should be no worse than move along with the rest of the group.
