Some times its the least of your brothers...to be biblical about this but Northern Borders arrangement with ONEOK has gotten the ok by those bidding up the shares...NBP is up 5 dollars on news of an injection of 3 billion in assets from ONEOK and they will now hold a 45% stake in NBP..sharing it with TCLP which is +$1.44. Conference call on all this at 12:30pm. This has gotten the whole group awake and we have strong fractional plusses in Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP), Valero LP (VLI) which is following through on its key reversal yesterday afternoon...nice to see that. Teppco(TPP) is up nicely( funny how alot of the speculation has been between TPP and Enterprise and Dan Duncan...) Plains All American (PAA), Buckeye (BPL), Atlas Pipeline (APL),Holly Partners (HEP), Magellan Midstream (MMP) and a few others. Duke Midstream and Copano are the only 2 i can see that are down and only by pennies.

Major oils are up a little bit...the XOI is up 2 and the XNG is up 1. Ten year yield dropping to 4.56% as 4.60 holds again at least for now.
