If you looked at the MLP index you would see it was up 30 cents...no huge deal. But thats because some of the heavier weighted MLPS aren't doing much today and they are the only few that are down. The rest of the group is nicely higher with lots of fractional gains across the board. Sunoco Logistics, Valero LP, Valero Holdings are doing quite well. Buckeye Partners ,Alliance Resources and Boardwalk the biggest winners with gains approaching 1 point on each one.

Energy Transfer Partners is the biggest loser down half a buck with a few other scattered losses but nothing that jumps out at you. Atlas Pipeline has the Wachovia downgrade to deal with and its down about 30 cents.
