Still in that tight trading range but we've now turned positive on the MLP index as the group is nicely split in half. The biggest loser is Hiland GP (HPGP) which is down 40 cents. TC Pipelines (TCLP) is the biggest winner up 1.49 as Transcanada takes a priviate stake in the company. E V Partners is up 62 cents as it heads toward 27.
