Alliance Resource (ARLP) and Alliance Holdings (AHGP) up nearly 1 point. Fractional gains in EV Partners (EVEP) Magellan Midstream (MMP) Hiland Holdings (HPGP) Atlas Holdings (AHD) and a few others.

Losers list includes Trans Montaigne (TLP) down 67 cents as the biggest loser. Genesis (GEL) Calumet (CLMT) Copano (CPNO) and Oneok (OKS) showing smaller losses.
