Distribution right on track. Bought a ton and increased position(I imagine he became comfortable with the issue), insiders are buying, and they can easily borrow to cover any settlement + already have taken a reserve(did they add to it?). Am I missing something?

i think its a good time. Right now they are under pressure and that has always been a good time to pick em up. I think you are in a good position here. Boost in distributions should take em higher tomorrow.
as per registration statement...looks like they will be selling shares from time to time but nothing imminent.
