EROC CEO just resigned...do you think that some bad news is coming?????
It was the CFO ( Fitzgerald ) that resigned. He had been in a serious auto accident in July, Became CFO again Nov 8. Alfredo Garcia, who was named acting chief financial officer during Mr. FitzGerald’s recovery, will continue with his duties as senior vice president of corporate development.
