Too bad we can't get someone to hype MLP's...The asset class that the world has forgotten.

if only they could fix the credit markets..that i think would go a long way to solving our problem.

You are right Joe.

I am extremely exposed to these MLPs and am watching in horror as they go from bad to worse. I was told that they were a safe investment and not too volatile, very bad advice. I think we are headed into the worst recession this country has seen since the depression and there will be no recovery until we come out of it, since there is no market for MLPs

Can anyone make sense of this?
I saw 6 ticks of LINE after close
21.99 - 100,683
21.99 - 100,683
21.99 - 100,683
20.99 - 100,683
20.99 - 100,683
20.99 - 100,683

Is this 6 different trades?

looks like it could be just 1 trade...might have occured earlier in a house transaction.

Actually a number of mlps traded shares that posted at 17:03 eastern...blocks of varying sizes..might be some hedge fund being forced to sell to meet a margin call.

Sorry for the off topic, but could you tell me where you get the list of individual trades that show the price and number of shares, like the post above?

what brokerage service do you use?

I use Schwab and thinkorswim

Thanks for any help I've really appreciated your site, I've been nosing around MLP's for a little while and this has been a great resource.

on schwab...do you use street smart pro. that software allows you to monitor trade by trade. But you have to be an active trader.

I don't use the streetsmart software yet, but I qualify as an active trader by number of trades (not by a $1,000,000 account sadly), so hopefully I can start using it.

Thanks again.

Take a look at street smart pro..you can even launch street smart.com from their website and use that.
