Cheniere Energy Partners (CQP) and Exterran Partners (EXLP) are the only 2 mlps down today. Everything else is positive with the mlp index up over 2 points and nearing 260 while the Dow has broken out to a new intra day high although its on light volume on a holiday. Still its better than a sharp poke in the eye.

Since its a holiday im not expecting much volitility for the rest of the day.
