Small losses start the day as the dow holds 10000 so far this morning. Duncan Partners (DEP) boosts its distribution by 2 cents as it joins Oneok (OKS) who lifted their payout by 1 cent last week. Both mlps are up today. Kinder Morgan is down 60 cents on the downgrade. Otherwise this morning we have small moves about evenly split between winners and losers.
