Looks like a solid breaout this morning with the MLP index up 3 points as of this post. Also i put up 2 charts of the repair job underway in some mlps. Exterran Partners (EXLP) announced a deal yesterday and Breitburn (BBEP) said it sees the possibility of resuming distributions down the road as their credit situation improves.
