Good start so far..the AMZ MLP Index is up 1.17 as of this posting at 256 and change and we have nice gains in most MLPS today. Boardwalk Partners (BWP) is up 1 on the RBC buy recomendation and Markwest Energy (MWE) is also up 1. Lots of nice fractional gains as well in a host of issues.

A few losers today...Holly Partners (HEP) and Martin Midstream Partners (MMLP) down fractions but not news driven. Teppco is flat on the news of a unitholder lawsuit. I still don't see any link to this other than the story i saw on the dow jones newswire which i can't link to.
