Some uptics as we chew on lunch but MLPS are still solidly down today...the index is off 2 points. Hard to find gainers but there are a few. Transmontaigne(TLP) is up 30 cents and Atlas Holdings(AHG) is up 25 cents. Natural Resource Partners(NRP) and Calumet(CLMT) are the biggest losers down 75 cents each.

Just want to correct an earlier post...Energy Transfer Equity is ex-distribution and not ex-dividend. For tax purposes there is a differece. ETE is an LP that owns the GP of ETP. Hat tip to the poster for pointing out my error.

Crude Oil has gone to a new low today at 59 bucks but the XOI is holding above its intraday low last week of 1021. Bullish divergence imho. Also Crosstex (XTXI) hit its 144 day moving average on the nose today and i think this may be a good place to go long...again IMHO.
