The MLP index has turned higher again by .21 as it follows the XOI index which is up nearly 15 points or over 1.20%.Most of the losers are off their lows. Quite a few mlps are showing strong fractional gains like Atlas Pipeline (APL) which is breaking out to a new 52 week high. Global (GLP) is up nicely as is Penn Virgina GP (PVG), Alliance Resource Partners (ARLP)...in fact if its coal its up today.
