Sometimes downgrades mean nothing as Nustar is up 1.33 after being cut to market perform today by UBS...its nice to get respected. Meanwhile Hiland is down 2 points on its downgrade. Wllliams Partners (WPZ) down 1 on a downgrade this morning by Credit Suisse to underperform but its off its low of 46 this morning.

Otherwise the rally just goes on with a nearly 2 point gain and we sit above 322. A long list of winners.witn Copano up over 1 and a long list of fractional plusses on the board.
