You have to really look hard but i found 4 mlps and 1 gp that are down...Global Partners, Natural Resource, Regency Partners, and Hiland Partners. Hiland GP is down in that group. Everything else is up and the index is up 2.45 and over 320 solidly. Nustar LP, Markwest Hydrocarbon, Suburban Propane, Tortoise Energy and one or 2 others are up nearly 1 pt or more. And of course fractional gains are strewn everywhere else in the group.
