Maxine Waters says to Ben Bernake that she wants proof that markets have stablized. I honestly can't handle watching Washington gasbags for too long but i really can't listen to her at all.
MLPS have turned higher again as markets have come well off the lows which were down about 200 points. Targa(NGLS) and Genesis(GEL) are up fractionally on earnings. Quicksilver (KGS) is down a little on earnings. Buckeye (BPL) Nustar (NS) TC Pipelines (TCLP) are all up 1 point or more. The index is up 1.25 and nearing 183.

Couldn't agree with you more re. Maxine Waters. Watching Obama last night I almost had to cut out a template to cover up Nancy Pelosi's grinning countenance in the background. When the camera kept panning to Schumer and Boxer, two more gasbags, I finally had to turn it off. And that was on Fox!!!
