Up 2.12 and at the highsof the day as we approach lunch time on the mlp index. The dow is down 110 as of this post and has cut its losses in half. Most mlps are higher. Plains All American (PAA) is up nearly 2 points now and leads the winners list. More winners than losers and the buying is spreading out.
