Although i have no problem telling you what i am doing regarding my trades...PLEASE DON'T ASK ME WHAT YOU SHOULD DO REGARDING WHETHER TO BUY, SELL OR SHORT!!! i am not in the stock business.

MLP's-is it a stock or is it a bond? You get the worst of both worlds with them. When the stock market ramps, bonds fall so MLPs fall. When the bond market rallies and stocks fall, MLPs also fall. Commodities-they break 100 year highs, MLPs fall. Commodities implode, MLPs also fall. USD strengthens, MLPs fall, USD weak-MLPs weak. You name it, we track it, provided it falls...
MLP's are the perfect investment for those you truly enjoy NEVER making money. If you love to lose money-they are for you. 100% guaranteed to never go up. And if you really want to destroy wealth buy some E&P or shipping MLP's-they are truly in a class by themselves.
Its amazing that REIT's which share alot of similarities with MLPs and are suppossed to be in the crosshairs of the global financial meltdown are massively outperforming MLP's. How can this be? Don't they borrow alot, issue alot of equity, etc?
CEP only losing 7% so far today...ALL IS WELL...
With Joe's total and complete capitulation, I am hereby calling a bottom in MLP's.
i love the fact that i'm being viewed as a contrary indicator.
If that causes the MLP market to turn i will gladly accept that role. However i'm afraid i don't have that kind of power.
Many commentators have been calling MLP's undervalued. From Mad Money Cramer, to Morningstar, to Elliot Gue of the Energy Stategist, to Roger Conrad of the Utility Forecaster, and many more.
Despite these glowing reviews, MLP's have continued to drop.
But never, until now, has Joe Waxman given up hope in our beloved MLP's.
Despite Joe's modesty, and contention that he cannot be viewed as a contrary indicator of this class, I say that he can and he is is.
So while MLP's might drop a few points from here, it is up, up and away.
And we can all thank Joe's capitulation for righting the MLP ship.
P.S. Of course, I also predicted that the San Diego Chargers would beat my beloved Patriots in this year's AFC Championship; so what the heck do I know.
if you check out bloomberg today you will see a post that, google and patash declined do to hedgefund sells, i bet that is way we were down again today, i know we all heard that before
