Distortion on the MLP index which is down a point and a half but the group is about split 50-50 up and down. Valero LP(VLI) has announced its earnings for the qaurter which beat estimates by 2 cents but no distribution increase. Stock opened down but is now up 12 cents. Eagle Rock's (EROC)earnings miss has it dpown 1.64.

On the upside frational gains in Sunoco Logistics (SXL) Calumet Parnters (CLMT) and Atlas Pipeline Partners (APL).
