The index is up 1.43 as the market roars ahead after the fed decision. The losers have come off their lows and the winners have extended their gains. One of the big winners today is K Sea Transportation (KSP) which came out with good earnings this afternoon and a distribution hike. The stock is a 1 point plus winner. Magellan Midstream is extending its gains up 1.60 as today's big winner.
