Last hour and anything energy is up today. The MLP index is up 1 and a fraction and is now 2 points below its all time high. Impressive this week considering everything else thats been going on in energy. Buckeye Partners (BPL) was up 1.57 before some profit taking..still up 1.09. Lots of fractional gains on the board.

Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) and Holly Partners are the biggest losers but off their lows. Otherwise the damage is minimal to the losers.
