Holding on to gains as we head into the last hour with the MLP index off the high of the day but still up over 1 point. Trans Montaigne (TLP) Duke Midstream (DPM) E V Partners (EVEP) all holding on to gains of a point or more. Lots of other issues showing fractional gains including Buckeye Partners (BPL) and Buckeye Holdings (BGH) as well as Linn Energy (LINE) Crosstex LP (XTEX), Magellan Midstream (MMP) and Plains All American (PAA).

A few losers but not many today. List is pretty much the same as earlier although most of the issues are off their lows of the day.
