Up nearly 2 points on the MLP index as we rally into the close and at new all time highs. Lots of fractional to 1 point gains with Oneok Partners (OKS) leading the way. Natural Resource Partners (NRP) is the biggest loser down about half a dollar right now.

Earnings due out tomorrow for Trans Montaigne (TLP) which has already pre-announced a distribution increase. Should be a stock mover imho.
