The index is up 1 point as we head for lunch. E V Partners leads the way as the stock hits 35! Lots of fractional plusses on the board but no 1 point gains. Losers are few and losses contained. Williams Partners is down 80 cents as the big standout but it has done that every morning this week only to rally back in the afternoon.
