A strong start to the day as MLPS are up sharply in some cases. The index is up 1.35 and at another all time high. Hiland LP (HLND) is the leader up 1.87 but its on only a handful of trades. Also up 1 or nearly 1 point...Natural Resource Partners (NRP), Global Partners (GLP), Penn Virginia (PVR). Fractional gains in Holly Partners (HEP), Kinder Morgan (KMP), Copano (CPNO), Magellan Midstream (MMP) and a few others.
Trans Montaigne (TLP) is down 67 cents on Fridays earnings report. Also General Marine (GMR) and Williams Parnters (WPZ) are down fractions. Much of the other losers are under 25 cents.

General Maritime (GMR) getting airtime on CNBC today. CEO gave cautiously optimistic outlook.
