MLPS LOOKING FOR DIRECTION...
JUST OFF ALL TIME HIGHS.

In spite of all the overall market action and the drop in stock prices our uptrend remains completely intact and we are still poised for all time highs here as long as the market settles. Yesterday we saw MLPS moving with the market selloff which if past is prologue usually comes near the end of the market selloff and not the beginning. We are the last things people sell. So we'll see what carries today.

We begin this morning with some leftover news from last night. Hiland Partners (HLND) and the GP (HPGP); the ceo will be stepping down in 6 months. Might be a stock mover. Other than that it is a newsless morning for MLPS. And no upgrades or downgrades either so we really have to wait to see if we move with the overall market. The PPI number was above expectations and not market friendly. The energy complex is up this morning off the opec meeting. Gas numbers due out today. The 10 year is slightly higher this moring. Stock futures were higher before ppi by 3 points ...now down 2 points on the s&p. No upgrades or downgrades.
