i just don't know if my heart can take an up close. The MLP index is nearing its high of the day at 295.67 up 20 ticks. Still some have not gotten off the mat yet like Holly Partners (HEP) Penn Virginia (PVG) and a few others. Still some of the bigger caps have turned higher.
