Penn Virginia Holdings (PVG) announces a distribution boost of 2 cents to 32 cents and the stock is a winner today as it is down only 30 cents! Everything is down and some down big like Oneok LP (OKS)down nearly 3 and Kinder Morgan (KMP) also down nearly 3. Those were the 2 charts of the better performers in this mess that i posted so i'm really batting a thousand today. Lots of issues down 1 point or more..all too numerous to list. The MLP index is down nearly 9 points and has now broken below the August 2007 intraday low and it is nearly back to 270 which was a major breakout point nearly 2 years ago.
