Made it back to a 2 point loss by the close after being down 9. Insider buys in E V Partners yesterday in the 27 area..10 thousand shares worth and here is a second insider. Sunoco Logistics posts earnings and a distribution increase.

Antitrust Regulators Clear Linn Energy's $552 Million Purchase of Oil Fields From Lamamco

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Antitrust regulators have cleared Linn Energy LLC's $552 million purchase of oil and gas properties from Lamamco Drilling Co., a government agency said Wednesday.
Linn, which is based in Houston but develops oil and gas reserves in the Appalachian Basin, agreed last month to buy 103,000 acres from privately-held Lamamco, which is based in Skiatook, Okla.
